Kavan Singh Grover

Wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, and complex litigation.

Kavan focuses his practice on wrongful death and personal injury cases — including automobile and motorcycle crashes, truck wrecks, medical malpractice claims, animal attacks, and premises liability claims. Kavan also represents businesses and individuals in other types of litigation, handling cases pre-litigation and through litigation and appeals. Prior to founding Ehrenclou & Grover LLC in May 2011, Kavan was a solo practitioner in Lawrenceville, Georgia, maintaining a law firm he founded in 2005. Kavan was named to the Georgia Rising Stars list by Thomson Reuters and Atlanta Magazine for nine straight years (2012–2020) — an honor bestowed upon less than 2.5% of Georgia lawyers — and to the Georgia Super Lawyers list from 2021 to present, recognizing the top 5% of attorneys in Georgia. He has been rated AV Preeminent (4.9/5.0) by Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 Superb Attorney by Avvo, and has received the Avvo Clients' Choice Award.
